Justice For TengtengTengteng, a stray kitten in the Philippines, was brutally murdered. This crime was committed by one Joseph Carlo Candare who is a student at the University of the Philippines. Mr. Candare has great hatred towards cats and thus decided to execute this beloved kitten and this was not the first time he has done such.
Animal cruelty is intolerable and such acts can develop to violence towards humankind.
